Shipping
At Monkeemoos, we stay very busy everyday! We are constantly updating the web site, working on new site features and getting ready for the next season of hip, fun and funky baby gear for our boutique. All Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Your order will ship in 1-3 business days after ordering. If you pay with an eCheck, we will ship your order as soon as your eCheck clears. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. For your convenience we offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS, go out priority mail with delivery confirmation.
To make the process as simple as possible for our customers, we use a simple flat rate shipping schedule. Within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $6 for US Priority Mail on orders under $100 and we provide free shipping on orders over $100.
Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects or simply if you do not find items to be satisfactory. Any returned items must be sent to Monkeemoos in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. We are unable to refund your original shipping fees.
Returns must be postmarked, within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund, or within 30 days for store credit.
Sale items must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt for store credit only.
Gifts may be returned for store credit if postmarked within 30 days of receipt, or credited back to purchaser's credit card within 14 days of receipt.
We want you to be 110% satisfied!
If you have any problems with your purchase from Monkeemoos, simply contact us within one week of receipt of your items. NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.
