When will my order be shipped? Purchases that include personalized items will be shipped within 10 business days. If your order does not include personalized items, in most cases, it will be shipped within 3 business days. Every effort is made to complete orders and to ship them as soon as possible. You will be contacted via email if any of the items ordered are out of stock and will take longer to receive.

Can I ship my gift directly to the recipient? Yes, during the checkout process you will have the option to enter one shipping address. This address can be different from the billing address. If you would like to include a personal greeting you may email your greeting to helpmeout[add_the_at_symbol]monkeemoos.com. When billing and shipping addresses differ, we automatically send an email to the buyer asking if a personal message is desired if it has not been provided already. If a greeting has not been supplied by the time of shipping, the packing slip will simply state "Purchased by:". Purchase amounts are never disclosed on our packing slips.

Do you offer gift wrap? All MonkeeMoos items will come with a teal tulle bow and MonkeeMoos card attached. If you would like your gift wrapped, please check out the gift wrap section on the site.

How will my order be shipped? Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail generally arrives within 2 - 3 days.

Can I pay by credit card? We offer the option to pay using an established PayPal account or you may opt to open one during the checkout process. It is a simple process and there is no charge for the buyer. We use encrypted servers for your credit card security. All transactions are handled directly by a secure third party (PayPal), MonkeeMoos does not receive any personal credit card information. Your credit card statement will identify your purchase as "MonkeeMoos”.

Do you accept checks? Yes, we will accept checks through PayPal. You will see that as an option on the check out page. Using a check will delay the delivery of your purchase as your items will not be shipped until your payment is cleared by the bank. Also, please keep in mind that the items selected can only be held from inventory for two weeks. After two weeks, we cannot guarantee their availability.

Do you sell your products wholesale? At this point in time we do not offer any special wholesale arrangements. However, we are confident that you will find our retail prices to be highly competitive. Do you accept returns? Unused items with original tags attached may be returned with 14 days of receipt. Your purchase price plus any applicable sales tax will be refunded, shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Personalized items may not be returned, unless of course there was an error on our behalf, in which case, we will quickly and happily redo your order.

Do you charge sales tax? We are required to charge a 5% sales tax to residents of our home state - Georgia.

What is your Privacy Policy? It is MonkeeMoos’ policy to respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Through this Privacy Policy, we want to reassure our customers that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others. MonkeeMoos does not collect or receive credit card information. All user credit card information is processed by a third party vendor - PayPal using encrypted servers, and all concerns and questions should be addressed with them.
